matel vid analsis 1: bullet for my valentine: hearts burst into fire


editing 
in this video there is no fancy use of editing, they just use simple cuts. this could be because they know that they don't need lots of editing to make people enjoy there video, they just want to see the band play.

camera work
there is a range of camera shot and movements, eg close-ups, mid-shots, long shots and panning. there are so many different shot because they are film random moments in the show and back-stage. but not all the shots are random, some have been filmed for the video. (see clip)






me-en-scene 
the video is filmed while the band is on tour of the uk and has used footage of their show to use in the video. They do this instead of filming a video standard video because it is cheaper and it shows more of the band as they preform rather then just what they look like in a normal video.  
sound
the main sound in the video is the song playing. but right at the beginning, you can hear the fans outside chanting the bands name (see clip)
